Monthly make-a-bear Workshops
We host a monthly workshop at the Water's Edge Visitor Center, located at Maltkiln Rd, Barton-upon-Humber DN18 5JR. With plenty of parking, stunning views, and scenic walks, it's the perfect spot for a full day out. Take a break to create your very own bear, and feel free to indulge in a drink or a slice of cake (we won’t judge!) at the café right next door.
What do you do with a make-a-bear kit?
“First things first—pick your teddy bear skin (that’s the unstuffed bit!). Next, it’s fluff time! Fill your bear with as much or as little stuffing as you like, depending on just how cuddly you want your new best friend to be. Then comes the special moment: make a wish or a promise from the heart and tuck it safely inside before sealing your bear using our magical no-sew technique. To finish, sign your bear’s adoption certificate, and with that, your new furry friend is ready to head home with you!”
